FAQ's
What time do we need to arrive?We would ask you to arrive at Royal Quays Marina 30 minutes before the booked time of departure; this is to allow for boarding and a short safety briefing.
Where do we park?We would ask you to park your car in the car park opposite the 'Earl of Zetland' pub.
Where do we meet?A Cool Breeze Charters representative will meet you at the base of the control tower next to the lock gates.
Is it suitable for children?There is no age limit on board. However, we respectfully ask that children are supervised at all times whilst out on the water.
Children's life jackets are mandatory and are carried on board "Playtime".
Can I smoke on board?For safety and fire hazard reasons, but more importantly for the comfort of your fellow guests you are requested not to smoke on board.
